tankless water heater

DON'T buy a tankless water heater from 1-800 tankless!!! We paid $695.00 for a heater that DID NOT work at our home and was told ship it back so we did they credited my account with $528.00 minus the $35.00 shipping fee and minus their restocking fee of 20% $132.00!!! When we called the company and explained we were misinformed by their employee I was pretty much TOLD TOO BAD!!! I was LIED to by these people then I had $132.00 of my money in my opinion STOLEN. What can I do when I am misinformed and lied to by a company then they say you should have read the return policy on the website before shipping the product back??? What website ALL of this was done over the PHONE!!!! Anyway just wanted to let you warn any and every body that is thinking about a tankless water heater be careful and I suggest go to Home Depot and let them order the heater for you they don't have a crazy restocking fee!! What ever happen to honest people and honest companies??? 1-800-TANKLESS is NOT honest as far as i am concerned they are CROOKS!!!!
