I don't know if this is the right place for this but since I don't know who I should complain about this to, I figured I'd give it a try here.
I've noticed that whenever Christmas and Hanukkah come around, all kinds of children's characters such as elmo, homer and so on are sold dressed as santa or dressed in a way relating to Christmas. I have yet to see an elmo wearing anything jewish for any of the jewish holidays. Of course there are toys and stuffed animals for Hanukkah but none are characters that my kid is interested in.
I think it's absolutely wrong because my daughter loves Elmo and I would love to get her one that will identify with my religion.
Hope something can be done about this
