Do you have Ripoff Reports or Negative information about you or your company?
We remove negative information from the first pages of Search Engines and replace the bad links with positive information.
The immediate goal of our service is to stop defamation by positioning links on the Search Engines and by appeals to law to remove negative information. We send cease and desist letters and if necessary, file legal actions against the perpetrators and Internet service providers contributing to the unjust defamation of our members.

How Complaint Repair Works
Complaint Repair is a free site for all visitors, including consumers and businesses. Complaint Repair does not censor posted consumer messages, or business replies, or investigate them for accuracy.
The entire content of e-mail messages received by Complaint Repair are posted to Complaint Repair.
E-mail addresses are posted to Complaint Repair in encoded form (in encoded form since Feb., 2004) to help prevent automated collection and unwanted SPAM e-mail messages. Posted e-mail addresses are visible to the human eye. Other consumers (any site visitor) and / or businesses may contact you via e-mail as a result of your e-mail address being available in encoded form for public view on Complaint Repair.
Consumers and / or businesses that don't want their personal e-mail addresses or names posted for public view on Complaint Repair should inform Complaint Repair in the SUBJECT line of their message. These implementations are limited to privacy measures that don't affect the actual content or possible meaning or intent of the message, of what is being written and expressed by the message author.
When your message is posted on Complaint Repair you will receive e-mail notification that your message was posted. This notification e-mail will remind you that your posted message will be available for public view on the Complaint Repair site, via the Search Box on our Home Page, in about 24 hours. Your posted message may also be indexed by Internet search engines. As already explained above, your e-mail address will be posted in encoded form, to prevent automated collection, but will be visible to the human eye. You may or may not receive e-mail messages from others (other consumers, businesses, etc.) due to this encoded posting of your e-mail address on Complaint Repair.
When your message is posted on Complaint Repair, please check your posted message (using the Search Box on the Complaint Repair home page) and advise any privacy edits (changes that don't affect the content or meaning of your message).
Message content changes are not allowed and require your e-mail instruction to Complaint Repair to remove your entire posted message. Then, if you so choose, you may e-mail a new message to Complaint Repair that is acceptable for posting for public view on Complaint Repair.
Consumers and businesses (message authors) are responsible, legally and otherwise, for all e-mail messages sent to Complaint Repair and posted to Complaint Repair for public view. If a message author writes something that isn't true, the message is still posted to the Complaint Repair message board for public view. Complaint Repair does not edit or censor posted messages, except for privacy edits, as instructed by message authors, that don't affect the content or meaning of the previously posted message.
Consumers and businesses (message authors) are responsible for the validity and any possible consequences of publicly posted Internet message board messages.
Complaint Repair is NOT responsible for the validity and any possible consequences of that message.

If a court were to find that a consumer complaint constitutes libel or defamation, that consumer would be held legally responsible for damages to the reputation of that business. Under federal law (the Communications Decency Act), because Complaint Repair does not censor posted consumer messages or investigate them for accuracy, Complaint Repair is not legally responsible for the complaints that are posted, even if those complaints contain remarks that are defamatory. However, this law does not protect the person who leaves the complaints from responsibility for those complaints.

Complaint Repair posts posts both sides to complaints - all sides or opinions derived due to having experienced a situation personally, are eligible for posting - the consumer side and the business side, the 'pro' and 'con' side.
Each consumer message (consumer complaint) receives its own, dedicated Web page at Complaint Repair. A business reply is posted on the same Web page as the related consumer message.
Since consumer messages and business replies are grouped together on the same single Web page, anyone - any site visitor, any Web 'surfer,' reading any consumer message will ALSO have the ability to see and read the related business reply - but only if the business e-mailed a reply that was posted to Complaint Repair about that particular message. Any site visitor reading any business reply will ALSO have the ability to see and read the related consumer message.
When messages have been posted to Complaint Repair they are made available for public view, and made available for indexing and reproduction by third-party search engines and directories. Complaint Repair has no control over the content on third-party sites. Complaint Repair will only delete or remove messages from the Complaint Repair site itself, when instructed by a U.S. court decision or instructed by the posted message writer (original author).
An ENTIRE message can be removed from the Complaint Repair site, at the instruction of the message poster / e-mail message sender. Messages can't be edited, however. Messages can only be ADDED TO.
A previously posted message, if it hasn't been deleted by a consumer request, or by a U.S. court order, can only be added to, but not edited. Messages additions will be posted on the same Web page on Complaint Repair as the original consumer message or business reply (message).
