I am a customer You s.o.b. disconected my phone... i paid my bill in full before disconect date, on the phone with a check. I checked with my bank like you told me too, and they never received a payment notice from you at all.. i checked my account on your website and it said it was returned. what the hell am i supposed to do i cant call you to discuse this matter...... i will not pay reconnect fees.. You have made my life a living hell for the past couple of days , was excpecting a very very important phone call from ssi now i will be screwed on that. I live out in the out side of town cant get no where to call you a straighten this out ,,, i have never seen such neglect out of a company this big in my life.
