I have written to "Help" on the Netscape website 5 times about problems
I have and have not received a single reply, except a "form letter" telling
me that I would receive a response within 24 hours.
Maybe they want their users to always have to spend the $29 to call them
directly.
I am going to switch to another browser and hope to get one that will
respond.
