RE: e-machines computer purchased from Staples, Ukiah, California
I was given a gift, and it was a computer from Staples in Ukiah, California.
It was a lemon from the start, but I kept it for a while.
1. Then in started making this loud noise.
2. Then the screen kept going black. I called Staples and reported it and they say or well. Then I called E-Machines and they said to send it in.
3. I then went back to Staples for a box and they didn't want to give me one.
I then came home and told my boyfriend who gave me the computer as a gift.
He got on the phone and got me a box. I sent the e-machine to get it fixed I thought.
It came back worse.
When I tried to tell E-Machine's that the computer was mine, they said it was registered to someone by the name of Swayer.
My boyfriend bought this computer from Staples thinking it was new, as they said.
The bottom line is they sold a product that was already used and registered as a new computer.
Now as I sit and write this letter to you, my computer is sitting in another box waiting to be picked up to be sent back to the E-Machine Warehouse.
I want my money back or a new Computer.
Can you please help me with this.
Thank You
Diane
