RE: Quantex.

Hi, i got a Quantex (www.quantex.com) 600mhz p3 last year in march.

Everything was fine untill i re-formatted my hd by mistake when i was installing Windows ME. Since i did not get a master restore diskette with my computer i tried calling Quantex tech. support (1 800 809 0349)...i just keep on getting a bz signal.

I tried to contach Customer service (1 800 864 9022)...i am kept on hold for about 35-40 mins. and then i get disconnected with a recording that asks me to try calling back later.

I sent e-mails to tech . support at tsemail@quantex.com..but the e-mail comes back stating the message was undelliverable...the same goes 4 cust. service e-mail (qtxcserv@quantex.com).

I sent a letter to the head office Quantex Microsystems, Inc., Corporate Headquarters, 400B Pierce Street ,Somerset, NJ 08873 ...looks like they are too bz doing something too.

It has been 2 months now since my computer has been down...a computer that i spent $2700 on.

I am going to file a complaint with the better businness bureau, but wanted to see if u guyaz can help me out somehow. thanks mit joshi
