Why is it so easy for AOL to get away with billing customers for what
they know is not right???? I purchased a computer from gateway with aol
free for a year. YEAH RIGHT!!!
I've contacted them at least 5 different times for them charging my account
for something...My account has been over drawn many times because they've
been taking the money out without me knowing!!!
I'm tried of the big business thinking they could get away with this,
I think they really need to do a report on this on 20/20 or 48 Hours expose
them because I never knew there were more people out there with the same
type of complaints!!!!!!!!!!!!!
