Complaint Repair received the following on September 15,

RE: Frigidaire Gallery Washer - will install 4th water pump so far - only
the first one was installed under warranty
I am ready to install my 4th water pump on my Frigidaire Gallery washer.
The first one was installed under warranty. When the second one went out
of warranty and on my nickel I sent Frigidaire a letter at the suggestion
of their 800 number support line.
The letter received no response. My third one was installed in January
2003. It now leaks and I am ready to install the 4th one.
Anybody else having this kind of problem? It can't be just me. There might
be strength in numbers.
