They requested that I change the phone company. I agreed to change it after they send me the information in writing. However they changed the account without sending me the information. They send me a bill in two weeks which was much more than they had stated over the phone. I called them to have my account canceled and even sent them written notice via e-mail as well as by written letter. However I keep getting their bill. Currently services is provided by AT&T. However MCI keeps charging me for the same calls. I do not know how to proceed. Any of your help would be appreciated.
