RE: T-Mobile - billed for product mailed, but not received - product apparantly lost by USPS
I am being billed by T-Mobile for an uninsured product they mailed to me but I did not receive. Because it was not insured and had no signature verification, the USPS has no way of knowing where it was delivered.
I have done everything that T-Mobile has requested of me, from filing reports with the USPS to filling out a police report. Still they will not reverse the charges. Is this legal? I am sure I am not the first person T-Mobile has done this to.
