RE: Glenn Associates, inc.
- New Hampshire Higher Eductation student load collection agent - rude treatment on phone

Mr. Phil Hall that is an account adjuster for this company is VERY orally abusive over the phone. His supervisor Bruce Gold allows him to behave this way, they feel it will get their clients their money faster. New Hampshire Higher Education has given this company my defaulted student loans to try to recover money. I have been paying back my loans and all because April's payment landed in their office in March it looked like I made two payments in March and none in April. I received a letter June 3rd. stating I had 21 days to get in touch with the office or they would come after me for the whole amount.

I called the office on June 3rd. and spoke with Phil. Who yelled at me for ten minutes while I was trying to give him the check numbers and date of the checks cleared for the payments. He said yelling "don't give me the information until I ask for it." He stated the payments had to be consecutive and asked five time if I knew what that ment yelling at me the whole time, with myself in tears on the phone.

He yelled "you need to change your attitude for me to talk to you, I said I am not doing anything he said "oh is that how people are in Utah then," I hung up in tears. Called him back to say if my money wasn't good enough I would keep it and not pay so I wouldn't get abused anymore, his response was: " Go ahead don't pay I don't care, I get paid whether you pay or not."

This was the fourth correspondence I had with him over the months and all with him yelling and abusing me over the phone. He called the hospital I used to work at, trying to get more money months ago, yelling at my secretary in surgery, she went right to the CEO of the hospital and said she didn't need to be yelled at over the phone for non work related subject.

He even yelled at my 10 year old one night because I wasn't home when he called. This type of treatment for human beings cannot be tolerated in this day and age. Okay, so I owe money, who doesn't these days, I deserve to be treated like a human being with respect. not like an animal in the wild. With allowing this type of treatment to go on we are just enabling his abusive behavior to continue. I deserve better and so do all the other people he has been allowed to treat this way. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Stephanie
