RE:
WorldCom Wireless - phone not ordered and returned - waiting for refund of charge

Returned phone / 41-00142482

Gentlemen:

On May 18, 2002, I attempted to order ONE of your phones via the internet. I got cut off, prior to obtaining a confirmation number, tried to re-enter via the internet and was denied access.

Then on May 19th I called your customer service department and explained that I had tried to order via the internet. The girl took my order and I told her that I just wanted ONE phone.

Two phones were shipped so I again called your customer service and was advised that a shipping label would be sent out.

Received the label and returned the second phone by UPS.

Now I am being billed for the cancellation of the returned phone. in th amount of $219.84. Please the phone correct your records to show that the second phone was NOT ordered and WAS RETURNED.

Please advise disposition of matter within 72 hours per the information on your bill.

Ryan Westman
