Complaint Repair received the following consumer message on January 6, 2003:

half(fast).com - owed $ 278.64 since Dec. 15, 2002 - no reply to e-mails

half(fast).com has owed me $278.64 since December 15th. The transactions were all smooth. No one asked for a refund. They SIMPLY DIDN'T SEND MY MONEY!

NO response to 5 EMAILS. ZERO customer service. NO telephone number. NO chat window. 15% fee for handling NO merchandise. Almost impossible-to-find email address (which is useless anyway).

They have completely isolated themselves from customers, and are NOT FDIC insured. One wonders if the Ebay half(fast) merger left them cash short, so they are getting a free loan by delaying honest payments?

I read that after the merger, ebay let a lot of half(fast).com customer service employees either transfer locations to Ebay or be laid off.

HAS ANYONE ELSE HAS PAYMENT PROBLEMS WITH half(fast).com?
