August 7, 2002 for property in GA. The Mortgage note was originally with Cendant and recorded in the Rabun County, GA court house. I even had to make a copy of this note and send it to them! In a letter I told them I have a new address and to be sure there is a record of it so that when it is recorded it will be sent back to me correctly. I have repeatedly called and talked to Homeside, but I still haven't received the Satisfaction of Mortgage (Loan #196 aa aa) as of today January 6, 2003 because it's never been sent to the court house.
