RE: 2003 Dodge Quad Cab - riding for any length of time in truck results in hurt back

My husband and I purchased a new Dodge Quad Cab on 1/23/03. It's a beautiful truck, however, after driving the truck back and forth to work every day for a week, he's not happy with it. Riding in the truck for any length of time more than just a few minutes hurts his back.

Do we have any rights under Virginia Law regarding Arbitration? What is the law regarding turning the vehicle back over to the dealer or trading it for a more suitable vehicle? Can this be done? How much money will we loose if we do this?

The truck was purchased locally and was financed through the dealer's institution on a 72 month "last payment" baloon payment option. We really don't have any problem with the dealer or the financing, it's just the physical problem of riding in the truck.
