Advertisment: If you are a victim of Ed Magedson and the Ripoff Report or any other site using Defamation please contact ComplaintRepair.com # 22 for January 27, 2003 Next Complaint Complaint Repair received the following consumer message on January 26, 2003: From: Tommy8267@aol.com RE: 2002 Oldsmobile Alero - difficult to use heater to both heat car and defrost windows i purchased an 2002 alero in sept. 2002 and i do like it but the problem i am experiencing with the heater in the car when you turn on the heater on the first 3 settings you get the warm air if you have the button pushed for inside air but as soon as you move the setting to the defrost or defrost with feet you get the outside air flowing so when you get into car and start it you have the defrost on and it is blowing cold air then you switch to inside air and the the windows fog up and the you turn on the defrost and your feet freeze as you are gettting the outside air no way to stop that because as soon as you switch to defrost it goes right to the outside air switch and you can not push in the button for the inside so you either freeze or don't see out the windows and they are terrible driving in the snow i live on a hill and i can't get up the hill except about 5 miles an hour and that is bad as the road is a very busy road it has new tires on but it gets no traction the trac light comes on but you feel as you are standing still and i need to drive this hill every day to work or to anywhere i need to go is there any ideas you can give me i do not gun the car as it would slide out of control i need to know i need to be able to drive and also need to be warm when i am driving thank you tommy8267@aol.com Complaint Repair Home - About - Press - Terms - Privacy How it Works - Browse Complaints - Free Newsletter - Business Replies   ".basename($umm[$val]).""; } echo ' '.$links.'
