My complaint is exactly the same, word for word. I would have thought that after 14 months Pogo this would have been cured. You have no idea how frustrating it is watching the advertisement loading sign waiting for your game. I have now waited 45 minutes for First Class Solitaire and still have got through. In fact the advertisment and loading sign is still on whilst I have taken the time to find your address. That is how I came across the aforementioned letter.
