De Graaff [firefox2@comcast.net] UPS - will not deliver packes to apartment door Each and every time I am scheduled to receive a shipment via UPS the driver REFUSES to deliver my package to my apartment door, he orders me down stairs to pick up my package, the package that I am paying HIM to deliver to me in my hands or he will not make the delivery. This clown's excuse is " I was once mugged in your apartment building by a 89 year old deaf mute and I will not go upstairs unescorted." I have tried to speak to his supervisor, but HE too is to ashamed to speak with me. It seems that the EMPLOYEES of UPS run UPS and NOT the MANAGERS or CEO, Mr. Kelly whom I also contacted and received no reply or resolution to this lazy driver. The driver should be ashamed that he would allow an 89 year old man to psychologically cripple him. PJ.
