I sent acompany called freebox www.free-box.co.uk a cheque for ten pounds
over a year ago .
Thet said they would send me a box that would be a dvd player and receiver
all rolled into one (* moredetails on the website). I have had one letter
from them saying it would be october 2001 that they would be in production
.
I have heard nothing despite repeated requests for info and the return
of my ten pounds.
I have emailed bbc watchdog and i have heard nothing.
I am at a loose end as what to do. This company are still on the web and
are completely uncommunacative. Can you help
