Never received the merchandise. After numerous e-mail messages I was instructed that I needed to wait a period of time before a loss form could be filed. Finally after 3 months I received a loss form, completed it and returned the form. Still no refund. Continued to send e-mail messages to rocktruckr@aol.com, with no reply. Got ripped off. E-Bay should really tighten up their seller requirements or at least invest a bit in consumer relations if they want their service to continue to grow.
