RE: AT&T Long Distance Service - called for two days straight to disconnect service - long waits on hold waiting for customer service

I want to disconnect my AT & T Long Distance Service. As of August 9 I have subscribed to Cox Communication both Local & Long Distance service. I have been calling for 2 days straight to disconnect service. After waiting on the line 3 separate times, I finally spoke to an operator & she disconnected me.

For a communication service and customer services, your response is totally unsatisfactory.
