Do you have Ripoff Reports or Negative information about you or your company?
We remove negative information from the first pages of Search Engines and replace the bad links with positive information.
The immediate goal of our service is to stop defamation by positioning links on the Search Engines and by appeals to law to remove negative information. We send cease and desist letters and if necessary, file legal actions against the perpetrators and Internet service providers contributing to the unjust defamation of our members.

Business Replies - Contested Complaints
If a court were to find that a consumer complaint constitutes libel or defamation, that consumer would be held legally responsible for damages to the reputation of that business. Under federal law (the Communications Decency Act), because Complaint Repair does not censor posted consumer messages or investigate them for accuracy, Complaint Repair is not legally responsible for the complaints that are posted, even if those complaints contain remarks that are defamatory. However, this law does not protect the person who leaves the complaints from responsibility for those complaints.
For more information on laws limiting the liability of companies like Complaint Repair from written remarks posted on its site by third parties, please visit these Web siteshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_230_of_the_Communications_Decency_Act

Contested complaints
For contested complaints (by a subject business, for example), please advise via e-mail the name of the subject company. Each consumer message is posted a separate Web page on Complaint Repair, so please also include a direct link to the subject posted message (the URL of the posted message).Complaint Repair always posts 'both sides' to complaints, when this content is e-mailed to Complaint Repair. All 'sides' or opinions derived due to having experienced a situation personally, are eligible for posting - the consumer side and the business side, the 'pro' and 'con' side. This is because Complaint Repair posts all consumer and business messages to the Complaint Repair Internet message board. Complaint Repair does not edit or censor posted messages or investigate them for accuracy.
Each consumer message (consumer complaint) receives its own, dedicated Web page at Complaint Repair. Upon receipt via e-mail, a business reply is posted on the same Web page as the related consumer message.
Since consumer messages and business replies are grouped together on the same single Web page, anyone - any site visitor, any Web 'surfer,' reading any consumer message will also have the ability to see and read the related business reply, but only if the business e-mailed a reply to Complaint Repair about that particular message. Any site visitor reading any business reply will also have the ability to see and read the related consumer message.See see our Terms of Service for more information.
