NEVER EVER BUY LANE! THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY, EVEN AFTER 1 WEEK.....
We purchased a reclining couch made by Lane back in July 06. We called the local store we purchased from (Haynes Bros, FL) after 1 week of having the couch (and we were on vacation most of that week). The seats are flat and the seams are crooked. We called and complained. Someone came out and said, yes it looks bad, it shouldn't be like that already, so he put a request for all the cushions. Somehow, he changed the order on us, because 2 MONTHS later, we received only 1 cushion for the wedge via mail, and Haynes Brother's said that the guy only ordered one cushion and said it was fine. (Shame on me for not having a copy machine at my home, so I can start making copies whenever people come to my house where you have to sign something ) It is now November and they have yet to install it. Every month we call asking that someone please come out and fix it, and the rest of the cushions. They had someone come out and take pictures of the seats because according to him, corporate had to have the say in if it was needed. I told him I was under the impression that he would at least be putting the cushion in, and he said no, I'm just here to take pics, you need to schedule another appointment for me to come back ( Fast Furniture,repair)
Haynes Brothers and Lane won't help in this matter at all. We are very unhappy with the quality and service, or lack of. Will never, EVER buy a Lane product again.
We paid $2800 and my couch from the local discount store lasted much longer and looked better. That's pretty sad.
