The immediate goal of our service is to stop defamation by
positioning links on the Search Engines and by appeals to law to remove
negative information. We send cease and desist letters and if necessary,
file legal actions against the perpetrators and Internet service providers
contributing to the unjust defamation of our members.

Travel Service Network fraud

Apparently based in Batavia, IL, but were operating locally in a building by the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN.
We paid approximately $3000 for their promise of bargain rates at first class hotels, but when we tried to book a vacation to Hawaii, they failed miserably, and it took two years to finally get bookings that coincided with our vacation from work. First, they changed our option dates from the dates we requested- the ones that matched our vacation period- to dates that made it impossible to take our trip. Two years later we were finally able to go to Hawaii, but found on arrival we were booked into 3rd class hotels, not the class they boasted about in the sales presentation. On returning home, we went out on the internet and found we could have done better by many hundreds of dollars by booking our own package, and furthermore would have got accommodations at 4-star hotels, not the 2-1/2 star hotels TSN booked. In other words, Travel Service Network alleged "service" was a complete fraud, for they delayed our trip by two years, and actually cost us money compared to what we could have done for ourselves.
Our only hope now is to alert potential suckers that these people are absolute scam artists, and either have no intention of living up to their contracts, or are incapable of what they boast about. In either case, they should not be allowed to remain in business to continually defraud the public.
