I bought a Toshiba Laptop from them that from the start had various issues that could not be resolved. They wanted me to leave it (I live 200 mi. away) so that their "geek squad" could work on it. This device was brand new mind you. I wanted my money back. They would give me it back, but with a 15% charge on their faulty product. Worse yet they blamed me for the problems and called me a liar. The store manager was like a robot repeating the same things over and over. I was pretty angry and talking loudly, so they brought out some mexican goon to try and intimidate me so that I would drop it. Real professional store. I must have told 200 people this story.
