# 3 for January 11, 2001 Next Complaint Complaint Repair received the following e-message on January 10, 2001: From: S500PAR@aol.com RE: REBATE for Hewlett Packard computer- Best Buy, Hacienda Heights, CA I recently bought a hewlett packard home computer on December 24 online from Best Buy.com. I went to the store in Hacienda Heights Ca. to pick up my merchandise. I found out that they had a rebate for the computer i purchased so i went home and visited their site online and found out that the rebate was only good till the 21st of December. I went back to the store a week later and they still have the offer on the shelf.
