RitzCamera: Order Delayed for over 40days / no customer support

Dear Madame, Dear Sir
On 12/21 I ordered a product in a quantity of three from RitzCamera.com. One of the items was shipped relatively timely.
However there was no help concering the remaining two items. Upon my request, I was told the items will be shipped by the manufacturer directly. Repeatedly I do get an email informing that my order is still active.
Further requests do not yield any estimate to delivery nor do they seem to be taken seriously. By now the order date is over 40 days in the past, plenty of time to send a commodity item.
I would expect that RitzCamera
a) clearly states if they are not going to ensure fulfillment; this statement needs to be made prior to ordering a product. It is important for the customer to understand whether the company works as a vendor or as a deal maker
b) actively works towards satisfying their customer and helps in finding a solution. That could be by disclosing the vendor or by working towards fulfillment of orders.
