Netflix/movies by mail
From: Barbara
Date: Friday, 17-Feb-06 16:38:36 CST
When we signed up for Netflix, we were promised a movie would be sent the day they received the one we sent back. That happened regularly until we became a good customer, upgraded our service to get more movies and paid more for it. Then, Netflix slowed down our service. They didn't mail out the next movie for 2 or 3 days after they got ours back! We complained twice. Twice they wrote to us saying they DO mail the same day, but other people who order fewer movies get priority. Nonsense. This is gobbledeegook.
I hear there is a class action lawsuit. People should consider joining it. Since I threatened to about a week ago, Netflix has improved it's turnaround time. But for how long? And how can you trust a company that lures you with a promise and then tries to bluff its way through defaulting you?Complaint #: 4573
