I dropped off a prescription for my diabetes medication on 2/12/07 at about 1:00 p.m. I went back to get it around 4:30 p.m. I waited at the drive-thru for five minutes before I was acknowledged, Finally, a young lady told me that they could only fill half the prescription. I asked why and was tol;d to hold on. After another five minutes or so, she returned and stated that they did not have enough pills to fill it. I said OK and gave her my debit card.after she stated that it would be $6.39. She took the card and asked mr to wait. After another five minutes or so she came back to the window and stated that the doctor would have to be called. I was very frustrated after waiting for 15 minutes and leaving with no medicine. I called the manager of the pharmacy when I got home to no avail. I got 3 different stories from him; Not enough pills, Doctor needs to be called, and finally that the prescription was too old. I have been a customer for a long time, but with this kind of incompetance, I will never get another prescription filled at your pharmacy: even if it was for my dog. I assume that my complaint does not really matter, but here it is anyway.
