Do not buy Mitsusbishi TVs! They do not work as soon as you open the
box. Their phone lines are always jammed, and you wait for ever on hold.
When you do get through they say to take the lamp out and shake it!
Their help desk does not even know what they are doing. They do not
respond to e-mails to the web sites help e-mail address. What good is a
$4000 TV that only works for 20 minutes at a time and them says the lamp
is bad. It's been a week now and still no working TV or any response
from Mitsusbishi TVs.
