I joined Lucille Roberts in Queens, Myrtle Ave.
I have a year contract and everything was going fine till the 1st week of jan when supposedly they got flooded and closed the gym down, so they said they will be closed for a week. Fine I said I can wait a week MIND YOU I am already billed for the month of Jan. 1 week has now turned in 5 WEEKS OF NO WORKING OUT!! They say they have no idea when the gm will reopen but they have no problem taking out two months of monthly service fees from my account.. Which they have yet to refund The corporate office is NO BETTER, their customer service sucks and its run by a bunch of ghetto little girls who know nothing about nothing. They never pick up the phones and if u happen to be on hold at 11:50pm they will pick up on u and transfer you to a automated system that they are closed for lunch. Same thing if u call at 4:50pm they will leave u on hold till about 5 then transfer you to a message system that they are closed for the day, and you cant even leave a message!! I don’t know what kind of corp office this is but I am sure now its so little hole in the wall piece of crap just like its gyms!!
Never will I recommend Lucille Roberts to anyone and I WILL NOT BE RENEWING!! And I will make sure to call and TELL THEM not to renew from reading other complaints apparently they renew for you without your permission!
