I booked a 5 night Paris excursion with this company after spending time in Amsterdam. Based on the price of the tour ($300 per person per day, $600 for my husband and myself) I expected "very nice" to "luxury" accommodations. NO airfare was provided, transportation from Amsterdam was via the train, and 2 days were "free" with no company interaction.
We were promised 3-4 star accommodations in a central Paris Location. Much to our dismay, what we received was a Student tour in a distant location, with Spartan amenities. The hotel was deplorable, complete with mold colonies, stained linens and walls. The food they provided was unauthentic, inexpensive and unpalatable. One night we received a "treat", an appetizer of pretzels.
Upon return our group (26 people) and tour coordinator provided our comments with requests for refunds. What were received was $150.00 cash and a $150.00 travel voucher, which we explained would never be used. When I compared this tour with the competition, I discovered their tour cost less than $500.00 for all 5 days.
I suggest a Boycott of this company due to the fact that they provide the lowest quality accommodations, while charging the highest available rate.
