Hi,

Well, basically I ordered a DVD from them. They sent me an email refunding me a $1.13. I asked them why I was receiving this and they said it's a refund. I could see clearly that it was but my query was why? After asking "Why?" a few times (a couple of emails), they finally stated my DVD was undeliverable. I asked why, they said "I don't know why."

I asked them to give me a refund if you can't fulfill the order, they said with shipping and restocking fees, $1.13 was all that was left to return. I asked if they had a telephone number in which I could speak to someone who KNOWS something, someone with reason... and they said no - email was their chosen method (of screwing trusting people over) and that was apparently, that.

Due to the fact they refunded me my sweet $1 and change, I cannot file a claim again them. All I can do is leave them negative feedback against Caiman.com.3
