CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES AT HEIGHTS

Dear Sir,

Ref:- Call No=P199W4X Customer =AICAR Business School (Ravi Raj Dhiria)

As Mr.Saiprasad V Pangerkar have stated in his mail "we have checked all other component processor ,modem wifi card and the hard disk are working ok and there are no water mark and not got affetcted hence did not quoted for same." Also as per your service team, WATER spilt over the machine, which damaged the Planarboard.

After this I want some clarifications and would like to have explanations for these:-
a.) How can one say that it was WATER and WATER only?
b.) How can water enter upto the level of motherboard/planar board that too without damaging other parts? (The way you mentioned that all parts are intact and functioning, how can keyboard,mouse/touch-pad,other plug points,battery compartment,processor, modem wifi card & the hard disk etc. are ok?)
c.) And what does your this statement exactly mean? -"After your confirmation, Our service team can check for Planarboard stock to do immediate replacement". Do I still have to pay???
d.) The same explanation was given to me as in report at Bandra office also, I think you are simply buying time so that my guarantee/warranty gets lapsed. Nothing new that I have came across from what so ever you have done as of now.
e.) I can see my mail simply being forwarded from one person to another and the chain continues, but I can't see even a single proper response to the points that I raised in my initial mail.
f.) Can't that spillage be of some chemical from the capacitors itself from the machine?
g.) It is still not a year I have purchased the machine and I have to churn out Rs.25,000/-, am sorry to say but, I feel I am cheated then. Further, if it was more than a year or so, I would not mind doing the same.

Therefore again, the fact remains the same; water has not entered but the motherboard is damaged due to the moisture, which is accumulated in the machine. This therefore is the manufacturing defect and not the neglect of the customer. This manufacturing defect is for no rhyme or reason is labeled as PHYSICAL DAMAGE to the machine.

Hope now I can expect a positive solution to the same!

I am sorry but my next probable step would be to refer to Consumer forums and Consumer Courts or related NGOs.
