RE: Burns Honda, Service Department, Cherry Hill, NJ - rude customer service - upset with sales tacticsDear Sir/Madam:
We have a complaint about Burns Honda Service Department in Cherry Hill, NJ. I took my new car there for tha 3,000 mile service. They told me it needed $100.00 worth of work. I believed them and had it done. My husband said why would a brand new car need service of $100.00? We called and got VERY RUDE "Customer service" . My car needed free warranty work so I had to take it in again.
They told me that my car needed spark plugs, brake fluid change, etc. and that it was a miracle that my car was running. This time I told my husband. We took it elsewhere for the work. Honda "customer service" called to see how we liked the service.
We told them we were upset with their attitude. The "customer service" person yelled at my husband and told him he was cheap. He also told him that if we waited till the car had 75,000 miles the service it needed would be free.
My husband said then why did your service people try to sell my wife the service that would be free in another 1000 miles? It was UGLY. There is much more detail I can share if anyone is interested. Please don't do business with this organization if you don't want headaches.
