I never had AOL service, but I did have a Compuserve account but that
was cancled with no problems in March 2000.
In December 2005, I started getting on my credit card an TWX.AOL
charge for $23.90. I didn't notice/understand what the charge was
until June, when the bill had gone up to $25.90 and I got charged
twice in one month. After lots of talking on the phone AOL agreed to
stop charging me, but now it is February 2007 and they still haven't
refunded my $199.20.Complaint #: 18240
